Legacy Order Help

This page is for purchases made through ARI's former Shopify store. Existing orders and the policies that applied to them still have support.

Email hello@almostrolledit.com with your order number and the issue. Do not send card numbers or passwords. Fourthwall's order lookup covers Fourthwall orders; it does not transfer older Shopify orders.

Refund and return terms for legacy Shopify purchases

Our shirts, hoodies and hats are printed to order, just for you. That's why we can't take returns for change of mind. Sizing is different: if it doesn't fit, see the free size swap below.

One free size swap

Ordered the wrong size? We'll reprint one item from your order in the right size, free, shipping included. Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the size you need. Keep the first one; somebody in your crew is that size.

One swap per order. Doesn't apply to Build Your Own orders, one-size items like hats, or gear made by other brands.

Quality guarantee

If something shows up misprinted, defective, damaged, or it's the wrong item, we'll replace it or refund it. Just tell us within 30 days of delivery.

Gear from other brands

A few things in the shop, like the AXEL Off Road trail helmet, are made and shipped by their own brand instead of printed by us. The quality guarantee above covers them. The free size swap doesn't. If the size is wrong, email us within 30 days of delivery, before it's been worn, and we'll work it out with the maker.

How to report a problem

Email hello@almostrolledit.com or use our contact page. Include:

your order number
clear photos of the problem, taken on a flat, well-lit surface with the tag visible

Cancellations and changes

Contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel or change anything that hasn't gone to print yet. Once it's printed, it's yours.

Build Your Own orders

Full refund if you cancel before we start your artwork. After that, Build Your Own orders are non-refundable, except for quality issues.

Wrong address

If a package is returned because the shipping address was wrong or incomplete, we'll reship it once you cover the new shipping cost.

Refund timing

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank usually shows it within 5-10 business days.

The historical rates below apply to the former Shopify store. They are not the rates for new Fourthwall orders.

Where we ship

United States only: the contiguous US, plus Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

Production and delivery

ARI apparel is printed after you order. Production time comes before carrier transit time; they are separate parts of the journey. Timing varies by product, destination and season. Any delivery estimate is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. You'll get tracking when your order ships.

Gear from other brands

Gear made by other brands, like the AXEL Off Road trail helmet, ships straight from its maker, separate from your shirts. Its shipping cost is shown at checkout.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking email when your order ships.

Address changes

Email hello@almostrolledit.com before your order ships and we'll update it.

Lost packages

If your tracking hasn't moved in 10 days, email us and we'll sort it out.
