When will my order ship?
Our apparel is made after you order. Most on-demand items take 2–5 business days to produce; individual items can take longer. Carrier transit comes after production. Check the delivery estimate at checkout for your items and destination. Estimates can change during busy periods and are not guaranteed arrival dates.
What does shipping cost, and where can you ship?
Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout for your items and destination. Use the checkout country selector to confirm availability. Eligible orders of $100 USD or more receive automatic free shipping. One promotion applies per order, so review the final shipping total after any discount. International orders may have import charges; check the notices shown before paying.
How do I choose my size?
Open the Size guide on the product you want. Lay a similar garment that fits you well flat, then compare its length and width with that product’s chart. Use the in/cm switch and follow the measuring diagram. Fit varies by style: follow the product’s own fit note instead of sizing up for every item. The chart also lists the supplier’s measurement tolerance.
What if there is a quality issue?
For a print error, damage or another quality issue, contact order support within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Fourthwall reviews the issue and arranges the applicable replacement or refund. Made-to-order items generally cannot be returned for a sizing preference or change of mind.
